Shipping Restrictions and Lost or Damaged Packages

State Regulations: Be aware that different states have restrictions on which plants can be shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to check local regulations before ordering.

Lost Packages: In the rare event that a shipping carrier loses a package, contact the store immediately. The store will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will issue a refund or replacement free of charge if the plant was indeed lost.

Damaged Plants: Plants are packaged to withstand shipping. However, cosmetic damage such as bent or discolored leaves can occur during transit and is considered normal.

If a plant arrives with significant damage, pests, or disease upon arrival, contact the store within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

The store will review the information and may request additional photos.

If the plant has a significant issue, a refund or replacement will be issued free of charge, at the store's discretion.

Please Note: Claims due to cold weather damage can only be honored if a heat pack was included with your order and the temperature at the destination dropped below 38°F (3°C).

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for issues caused by neglect or for cold weather damage if Winter Insurance (heat pack) was not purchased for your order.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Days: To ensure the health of plants, orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This helps avoid packages being held over weekends or holidays. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order is processed.

Shipping Cut-off: Orders placed after [5 PM ET] on Tuesday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Methods and Costs

Plants are currently shipped within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Both UPS and USPS shipping options are available. Live arrival can only be guaranteed if UPS is selected due to potential USPS delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, package weight, and destination. Expedited shipping is recommended, especially for delicate or rare plants, to minimize transit time.

For orders over 5 plants, the actual cost of delivery may be charged, and you will be notified of these charges.
