Conditions for refund or replacement

The store offers refunds or replacements only under specific conditions:

  • Significant Damage or Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your plant arrives dead or with severe, non-recoverable damage (e.g., rotted stem, severe root decay, total leaf loss due to rot), contact the store within 24-48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damaged plant are required to qualify.

  • Pest or Disease Infestation: If your plant arrives with a significant pest infestation or disease that was not mentioned in the product description, contact the store within 24-48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Incorrect Plant Received: In the rare event you receive a plant different from what you ordered, contact the store within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the plant received will be requested.

Refund Policy - the basics

the goal is to provide beautiful, healthy live plants. While the store takes every precaution to ensure plants arrive in excellent condition, issues can sometimes occur during transit or immediately after arrival. This policy outlines how the store handles refunds and replacements for live plants.

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email: WANDERLUSHADVENTURES@GMAIL.COM within the specified timeframe 24 hours for damage/DOA/pests/disease, 48 hours for incorrect plant

  2. Provide Photos: Attach clear photos of the plant, including any damage, pests, or incorrect labeling. Photos are essential for processing your request.

  3. Include Order Number: Mention your order number and the name of the affected plant(s).

  4. Do Not Dispose of Plant: In some cases, the shipping carrier may require inspection or return of the plant. Do not dispose of the plant or packaging until instructed to do so.

  5. Upon receiving your claim and photos, the store will review the information. Additional photos or details might be requested.

  6. If the issue qualifies, the store will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the severity of the damage and plant availability. The decision will be at the store's discretion.

  7. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  8. Replacement plants are shipped at no additional cost. Once a replacement is shipped, the store cannot be held responsible for the plant(s) that arrived damaged.
